1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phbingo7 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the phbingo7 website located at phbingo7.club and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By accessing the phbingo7 platform — whether by browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the phbingo7 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phbingo7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. phbingo7 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbingo7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phbingo7 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify phbingo7 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

phbingo7 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID) and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phbingo7 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phbingo7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your phbingo7 wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. phbingo7 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

phbingo7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if phbingo7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the phbingo7 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). phbingo7 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phbingo7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

All games available on the phbingo7 platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In addition, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All bets placed on phbingo7 are final once confirmed. phbingo7 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, phbingo7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' wallets.
• phbingo7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure fairness.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by trained dealers. phbingo7 is not responsible for human error by live dealers, though disputed outcomes will be reviewed using available video evidence.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized use of payment methods, or identity theft.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the phbingo7 platform.
• Using the phbingo7 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the phbingo7 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phbingo7 platform — including but not limited to the phbingo7 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of phbingo7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phbingo7 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phbingo7 content without prior written consent from phbingo7.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbingo7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions to the phbingo7 service caused by factors outside phbingo7's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phbingo7 platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the phbingo7 platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details that may contain errors.

11. Termination

phbingo7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• A regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Amendments
